Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We pride ourselves on friendly customer service; that is why all returns & exchanges are always SIMPLE & FREE. However, we require the boots to be unworn and in the same brand new condition you received them including all original packaging (including the shoe box, travel boot bag, plastic covering, inserts and hang tags). When you try the boots on for the first time, please make sure to protect the outsole and it remains unscratched. We suggest you try your new boots on carpet to avoid getting the bottom of the soles scratched.
We can only accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of your receipt of your items, and it is very easy to start a return or exchange. Simply fill out the return & exchange form included in the shipping box and FEDEX the boots and all the original packaging back to Cuero using the included FEDEX peel off return label. Please use the original shipping box you received your boots in to return your boots to Cuero. If you need any additional help with a return or exchange, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Check the shipping box for both a FEDEX peel off return label and the Return & Exchange Form.
- Please completely fill out the Return & Exchange Form. You will need to check the appropriate "Refund" or "Exchange" box. If you are exchanging the boots for a different pair, please specifically identify the new pair you want in the comment section. You will need to include the boot name, color, size, material and width.
- Please only use the included FEDEX peel off return label to send the boot(s) back to us only in the original shipping box your received them in.
- Our return & exchange process is simple! You do not need to contact us and we do not need to send you a Return Merchandise Authorization. We will send you an email when we receive the returned boot(s) and either process a refund or ship you the exchanged pair of boots.
